Welcome to the site of campsite Jezera, our quiet and cosy place to be in Rakovica, Croatia. The campsite
lies in the inner land, at only 7 km distance from the beautiful National Park Plitvička Jezera
(UNESCO world heritage) and 125km. south of Zagreb.
Who are we?
We are Erwin and Leontien, an ambitious and adventurous Belgian-Dutch couple. We quitted working as a
Secondary School teacher and community worker (disabled people). Right now we are busy with the
organisation and managing of our campground with great pleasure. And we also offer rooms in plitvicka.

What are we aiming for?
We would like to offer you a holiday of your lifetime! Good service, a relaxing atmosphere and clean
sanitary buildings are our main goals. They are indeed highly levelled. We are looking forward to welcome
you as a guest and we will do our utmost to make your vacation successful.

Camping Jezera is the ideal place for a varied holiday in Croatia. Enjoying is the starting point which will
be possible in many ways. Whether you are fond of relaxing or having an active holiday, both is possible.
In the beautiful surroundings the local kitchen is best known for its excellent tastes and flavours.
We are willing to advise you about the numerous restaurants in the nearby area.

- is only at 7 km distance from the most beautiful National park of Croatia: NP Plitvička Jezera (UNESCO world heritage)
- Every morning you can fetch yourself a fresh cup of “good morning" coffee.
- Our campground has got 15 luxurious places with a hardened , flat strip of land for mobile homes/caravans
- We speak the following languages: Dutch, English, German, French and Croatian.
- During the High Season we offer an extra service for tourists who are travelling along. They can use one of the ‘sleep and go’ places.
